Immunization Information

All students entering 7th grade in Oklahoma are required to have a TDaP booster vaccine, which protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough). To comply, parents must provide their child's school with an updated immunization record or submit for an exemption. Contact your child’s primary care provider or the Health Department for more information.
